Gossip Girl Dress and New Year's Resolution Talk

As 2018 came to a close earlier this week, and I was thinking on my resolutions for this year, I, of course, thought of my goals for this blog. Blogging has been a funny thing for me, because while I want to be successful and work with great brands, as well as reach more and more people, I also want to remain true to myself, and the reasons why I started blogging (Those reasons being for me - to have something creative that I love to do, and am so passionate about). It's been harder to find that balance than I originally thought. I know this struggle is not new to bloggers - I feel like every blogger I know of has mentioned it in some way, and I'm hoping that I can find myself on the side of doing this for me and for fun the entire time that I do it. It's more and more difficult, to me, because we live in this world where everyone seems to have a fashion blog. And, everyone seems to be amazing at growing their instagram account. But, I plan to keep doing this for the joy of it. I feel like those types of blogs are much more fun for their readers, so I'm all for that!
